Our business hours are: Monday through Friday - from 8:00 a.m. to last appointment booked at 7:00 p.m. - Currently closed Sundays

Payment Options
We accept many insurance types as well as the traditional cash, credit or debit card. We also offer a cash discount.
Cash Discount
If you use cash, not a credit or debit card to cover your services it costs us much less to process the transaction, so we pass savings on to you.
Health Insurance
We accept most health insurance plans with chiropractic coverage.
Some health insurance companies process chiropractic claims with a "Super Bill". We will provide a Super Bill with all the appropriate codes and data for you to submit to your carrier or 125 Cafeteria Plan.
Worker's Compensation
Simply bring your Worker's Comp claim number and we may directly bill the insurance carrier.
Personal Injury
If you are working with an attorney, we can provide all records and billing for your case or we can deal directly with your insurance carrier.
Just bring your claim number and contact information for your insurance adjuster and we'll take it from there.
